Human resource, the skilful task to handle personnel and arrange for the suitable personnel in a given period of time. The quality of a person to interact with others and assign them the job that is best suited for them to carry out the processes and support them in collaborating them with other processes. There should be time for us to take part in such courses, so what if such courses are of less span of time and provide us with the degree!
